Wireless Connection issue

I'm having trouble with my wireless connection. When I first sign into my computer, it will show that I have full connection to the internet, and I will be able to load simpler web pages (xkcd, etc); however, when I attempt to load anything complex like facebook, my connection will switch to a limited connection without internet access. I can sometimes get internet back for a short amount of time (~10s) by clicking on the wireless signal icon on the bottom right of my screen and highlighting the actual network.

The other computers on the network are not having any trouble. One is a Macbook running OSX and connected wirelessly. The other is a PC running XP and connected via LAN cable. My machine is running Windows 7, and could connect to another network wirelessly this week.

Things I've tried so far: Power cycling both router and PC.
Removing wireless network and power cycling both PC and router.
Ensuring that I was trying to connect to the correct network with the passcode was correct.
Making sure my wireless card was still in place in the PCI slot and its antennae was still screwed in fully.
Running Microsoft's network trouble shooter (surprise surprise, it couldn't identify the problem)
Ran /ipconfig in command prompt, both when I had no connection to the internet and when I did. In both cases the connectivity-specific DNS was domain.invalid.

If my computer could not connect at all, I would have a better idea of how to trouble shoot better and attempt to resolve the problem, but I have no idea how to begin with this intermittent connectivity. Any thoughts and/or suggestions are much appreciated.

Open a command prompt and type "Ipconfig /all" then paste the results in here please.

Tried reinstalling the driver, and it did not solve the problem.

Using an Edimax EW-7128g as my PCI card.

It looks like you have two wireless adapters fighting each other. I would leave the one you want to use enabled and then disable ALL other network adapters, including the wired one. Try that and see if it makes any difference.

Tried disabling the other adapter. As of yet no change that I can identify. Here is the ipconfig /all with the other adapter disabled

Try manually setting your DNS to Google Public DNS. They advertise that it's faster but I haven't used it.

Go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings (in the left panel)

Right click on your Wireless adapter and go to properties.

Click on "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and then click Properties.

Make sure your screen looks like this:
DNS.png

DNS manually set to Google public. Issue is still persisting. Power Cycled my PC for good measure and removed and re-inserted my wireless card just because I could. Ran ipconfig /all and the only change is in the DNS server which shows as 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

Could this type of issue be due to the card being faulty/beginning to fail?

And thanks for the help so far. I still appreciate it even if nothing much has come of it yet.

Hmm, try opening command prompt with admin privileges and typing "ipconfig /flushdns".

"Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache" Also checked to make sure that my DNS server was still set to the google public DNS. It seems ho have helped slightly right after the command executed, but doesn't seem to have solved the issue.
