Is there a way to execute a file using FTP to a domain server?

Ive uploaded all my files to my domain

and I want to execute a batch file to run there... I have WS ftp and I execute the file it says Finished with green text. Looks like it did it

However when I try to connect to my game server it doesn't work

My question is how the heck can this be done from my computer.

Im trying to make a quake 3 server on my domain...
