there is no internet on this laptop

I use to have wireless internet but now it doesnt work. Right now i'm using internet with wire which is connteced to the router on a different computer. But i really want wireless internet

Ok can you please be more specific so we can help you? The PC's type along with more information about the wireless adapter would be nice.

Do you have a wireless router? Can other things connect to the router? Do you have security setup on the router? Do you have the wireless switch on the laptop turned on? Does the laptop have wireless capabilities? Can the laptop connect at other locations?
