We have PCs with Windows XP OS systems numbering 25 in our LAN Work Group. No DNS server/client configuration existing. But often recently we encounter problem with following error message appearing.
'SVChost.exe.' error and while clicking 'ok' system hangs and while clicking 'cancel' vbc+ windows with debug error appear and closes LAN connectivity within work group.
While trying to Repair with LAN driver Error Registering DNS appear with prompt to contact Admin.
This is observed in many PCs connected in the workgroup.
