Port Forward Fail?

I've opened ports 6112-6119 on my router's port forwarding to my computer's IP Address. I've also gone into TCP/IP and set the IP Address as static. On my router I set up a DMZ server to my computer's IP. I've un-installed AVG, Spybot, and turned Microsoft Firewall off yet when I test if my port is open (on PFPortChecker) it says it's not.

have you added the port as an exception on the computers firewall?

Do you mean Microsoft Firewall? Or is there another I'm not aware of?

edit: I fixed the problem. My interned was connected this way:

Modem -> Phone Adapter and Router -> Router -> Computer

I didn't realize until now that the phone adapter was a router and this router wasn't forwarding ports. So I just switched the two routers. Now my computer runs parallel to the phone.
