Need help with Wireless Adapter Please.

Hey all, I just got the Wireless-B USB Network Adapter 2.8 for my pc, I don't have the disk so I dl'd the drivers from Linksys. I got the right driver dl and I tried installing it, but when open it with winzp and double click the setup file it shows this:

Running the Setup.exe : The InstallShield Engine [iKernel.exe] could not be installed
The system cannot find the file specified.

Please Help
