linksys router as switch

Is there a way for me to use my wireless router as a plain old switch? I also already have a DHCP server so I dont even need the router to act as one. I want it to just connect to the rest of the network as if it were just a normal switch. Can this be done? and how would i connect the cables the router?

sure, turn off dhcp and make sure the linksys router has another ip from the real router. Leave real wan cable unpluged. plug everything into lan ports
