i want to run a mohaa sever

i want to run a mohaa server i have a ntl 750kps connection & i have to rout this connection.i have been told that i will have to open some ports(fowarding) to make this happen @ the moment people cant get in to the server to play>can any1 tell me how to do this & what ports need to be opened to receive this type of traffic through my router
If any 1 can help i would be EVER so GRAteful .
