How do I remove employer'S internet monitoring software?

My boss installed staff monitoring software on my personal computer. I don't know if this is even legal, but I found the program and am wondering if I can remove it in add/remove programs and that will do it???

Personal? In what way? Did you buy the computer yourself?

If it's a company computer or laptop, you cannot remove the software. My advise, don't do stuff with that computer that you shouldn't be doing.


EDIT:
I read that again. It's on your personal computer? Why would you be using your personal computer for work? Did you give him permission to install the software? It is illegal to place any software on someone's personal computer without their permission.
