Default help on removing url

I was once an active user of friendster, and one day i cancelled my friendster account since it's no longer in use. However, some of the information in my profile still appear upon a google search on my friendster username. It seems that the web content hasn't been completely removed from the google cache. The url to my friendster page is still there. Is there anything i can do to stop google from displaying information pertaining to my frienster profile?

Short of asking friendster removing your account from all of their servers and records then no. Just cancelling your account doesn't delete the info, so google's spiders will find the info.
