i have an old computer that i would like to use as a gateway to all my other computers on the network. i am looking for some software to install and share internet with all systems. the software need to have these options.
firewall. to use as a firewall blocking ports from WAN,
port forwarding. so i can open a port for any computer on the network,
dmz. to open up one system and all ports to use on WAN.
dhcp. to give all computers an address to use on the LAN,
Respond to Ping on Internet Port WAN. Off/On
block any domain or website.
i would also need to manage all ip's from the dhcp server.
i know loading a system with linux would be smart but i need to setup the LAN to be easy to manage so i need the software to work on windows
