Thumbs up FireWall Configuration.

i would like to learn the generic methode of configuring firewalls for home peer to peer networks please, can anyone help?

I don't really get the question. well the peer to peer network thing.

Are you using any kind of router?

dear Tracker, thanks for your reply & i am sorry to be so late to respond. my question is if i want to set up a peer to peer home network using 1 computer with win xp that has norton 360 firewall and a laptop that has win vista with f-secure firewall what part of the firewall protocol do i need to configure in order to enable file & printer sharing and also does the brand of the router make any difference?
