Question Error 678

The other day this error started coming up saying something about dial up and i dont have dial up any more. i have broadband and this thing is really annoying me because it keeps freezing my computer. Does anyone know what is going going on?

678, have you tried unpluggin your modem for 1 min, and also retarting your computer, whos your ISP, and what type of modem do you have, barand name
Core I7 920 OC'ed to 3.0Ghz, 6GB G.skill DDR3 1333, Intel DX58SO, 500GB seagate 7200RPM + 320GB seagate, EVGA 9800GTX+ , 600W PSU.
