Dial Up Internet Sharing

Ok i need some help.

Im trying to setup internet sharing for a friend.Now he has Dial up.

The First computer:
-Windows Xp
-Has Dialup (The internet we want to share)
-I.P Is 192.168.0.2
-Subnet is 255.255.255.0
-Hosts the Ad-Hoc Network.

The second computer:
-Windows Xp
-I.P Is 192.168.0.3
-Subnet is 255.255.255.0
-Gateway is 192.168.0.2
-Connects to the Ad-Hoc network

The Third Computer:
-Windows Xp MCE
-I.P Is 192.168.0.4
-Subnet is 255.255.255.0
-Gateway is 192.168.0.2
-Connects to the Ad-Hoc network


Now they all appear on the network and can ping each other,yet i cant figure out the internet sharing! I Have enabled internet sharing on the host computer,yet it doesnt work on the other PC's.

Any help?
