Default Connecting 5 lines to 1 line with cat6.

I'm working on a big project right now.

And I've run into one stump. I'm gonna wire in 5 telephone lines into the house, they're not gonna have there own line, I just wanna make it available in every room (they will share the same dial tone).

What do I use to connect all 5 lines into a single line? This thing also has to be able to except the outside temperature etc.

FYI the telephone backbone to the box will be cat6, so I need to figure out an encloser that ties them all together.

And I'd prefer not to splice all the wires together and such. I just feel after a while that can start to come apart more rapidly then a more modular type of box designed with this idea.

thanks in advance
