Default Connect to (Brillstreet)

Ok, new one for me. I turn on a Samsung Tablet PC and connect to a wireless network. When I launch Internet Explorer to run the Windows updates, I get a connection window popping up. It says connect to Below that where the name of whatever I am trying to connect to says "BrillStreet". The username and password is left blank. When I try to cancel it, it pops up again. I am working on an unsecured wireless network and have not had this problem before. I also saw this a few days ago on a laptop running windows XP Pro but thought nothing of it and haven't had a chance to take another look at it. So I have 2 computers that are showing the exact same thing. The screenshot of the connecting screen is below.

Where are you at? Who's network are you connecting to? It is possible (lots of hotels do this) to set this up on networks to control who connects to them.
Don't take life too seriously -- no one gets out alive. Plus, who wants to arrive to the hereafter in pristine condition wearing a suit and tie?
I want to slide in sideways, worn out, used up, hair a mess, clothes tattered, & screaming, "Whooo! What a ride!"
