Can't download!

Hey, this has been happening for sometime now, whenever i go to download something..it sometimes stops, so then i have to restart the download all over again. Whats going on?

Have you tried resetting your Internet connection?

many times.. sometimes it works fine and other it takes 30min to download a 3mb file cuz it keeps stopping

Try right clicking your network icon on the task bar and clicking Repair.

If that doesn't help, try contacting your ISP.
