Can't Connect

Hey everyone, I am trying to connect a dial up connection on another computer and everytime I do it will not connect. It's a Gateway data Fax Modem, All drivers installed and up to date. This is the error message I get,

Error 678: The remote computer did not respond. For further assistance, click more info.

Are you trying to connect to another computer or an ISP? If it is another computer you must be sure that it is set up to answer when you are dialing into it.
