Bridging

We have a Linksys WRT320N router, and are about to get a Linksys WRT610N router. Do we have to purchase a separate piece of equipment to bridge the two routers together, or can they just connect to each other out of the box? (For those who don't know, we're creating a network across two homes using a single internet connection.)

You'll want to look at flashing your routers with firmware like DD-WRT and utilizing WDS functionality. PM me if you want and I can walk you through it. I've got a similar setup/situation and have had it for 5-6 years running.
