Server Setup Help

Hi there I'm new to networking and am looking to undertake a project to develop a game server to get some experience in configuring servers and working with bandwidth. So i have a couple of initial questions

1 How much bandwidth would i need to host a 12 players server
2 can the clan site and game server be on the same pc
3 whats the lowest spec i can use for the server as my budget is quite tight

any other hints and tips would be much appreciated.

1)Could really say, depends how much your using it. You'd need a Broadband connection for sure.
2)Depending on the server load yes, but being as though it's a gaming server it's going to eat up alot of RAM.
