I've got an Acer E3 111 Note book. At set up, if I enter my Microsoft a/c and password it knocks out the keyboard, therefore the keyboard does not speak to the screen. Is it possible to delete my Microsoft a/c (I am the administrator) the a/c is outlook.com with a password. I am only assuming that if I can do this it will accept the new administrator. I am also assuming that my Microsoft a/c has somehow become corrupted, or is not applicable for windows 8.1. This seems to have occurred after the Windows 8.1 update. Not the big update from 8 to 8.1 but the update to 8.1 itself last spring. Any ideas - thanks
