Hi,

Wonder if anyone can assist, please? I bought a Philips Go Gear Ariaz mp3 to listen to audio books through the audio download service provided by Welcome to LibrariesWest Then they changed provider to oneclickdigital that allows downloads through their media manager software or itunes(although I can't seem to open the files in itunes, but that's another story as my mp3 isn't compatible with that anyway!). The files are downloaded in ocdf format that isn't supported by Windows Media Player - is there a way of converting these files so I can transfer on to my mp3. The error message that comes up when I try to transfer them directly on to the Ariaz from their own media manager software says it's either not connected to the pc or doesn't have capacity - neither is the case. Can anyone suggest a work round please?. I can currently listen on the pc only. Thanks. :confused:Wendy
