I just Found this Mobo While fooling around on newegg and i also have a friend that says that ASUS is one of the best brands out there.
ASUS M2N32-SLI Deluxe Wireless Edition Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 590 SLI MCP ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail

I will then probably have to go down to the Geforce6 seirse to do this.
I am ok at OCing but i dont really want to do it at risk of damage soo this processor seems right for me. :D
Plz tell me if these are good and solid brands that wont break down.

Also if anyone has a good CPU Heatsink and fan i could buy that'd b great (dont like factory Cooling) And Thanks in Ahead :D

Personally I would go for a Core 2 Duo if I were you, but the 5600 + is a solid CPU. The Mobo looks solid as well, good choice.

The M5N-SLI Deluxe is one of the best performance AM2 Mobos on the market right now and ASUS is a great brand, very reliable.

Any specific reason as to why you're choosing X2 over C2D though?

As for cooling, Zalman would be an excellent choice.

I own a Zalman 9700 NT and it makes my E6600 run about 16c lower than stock. It's kinda loud though.

Just because they're cheaper doesn't mean much.

Core 2 Duos have a much better price/performance ratio. And at this moment they out-perform the AMDs.
