That CPU should actually come with it's own CPU fan and should be adequate if you are not overclocking.

I do not feel obliged to help out further as you have mentioned your OS will be pirated, and I discourage piracy.

that cpu is locked so it cannot be overclocked and comes with a cooler so you would not need the aftermarket cooler.

The motherboard/hdd etc would come with sata cables, so you wouldn't need extra.

A mid atx tower is not much bigger than that?

And the best advice i can give is NEVER USE A CHEAP PSU, NEVER. That one WILL break an take other parts with it. trust me.

Only use trusted brands. corsair,xfx, seasonic, ocz etc or a trusted rebrand (novatech)

I would save some more money an get the I5 3570k (£170),but depends on what its used for. I

wouldnt bother with ddr3 graphics cards, get a ddr5 (only 20-30 more would be needed)
