If you have an IT Works PC they have been sold with the incorrect recovery disk. Each time you try and re-install Windows XP the monitor switches itself off after 5 minutes and the install will not complete. You will need to contact IT Works and they will send you a new recovery disk in the post.........Hope this is of help to someone.
