will this RAM and my MB work?

i'm looking to upgrade my RAM from 512MBs to 2GBs. I think this RAM with work with my MotherBoard, but i wanted to know if it will for sure from u guys

YES it will... some advice- If you get sticks of 512mb each.. well they usally work better, more efficiant and more effective for games and normal computer use

Hey, scene as how your motherboard only supports 2xstick of RAM, you should sell your existing 512 stick...to me lol
