Will my OverClocking hurt?

I just decided to overclock my P4 2.53GHz to 2.75 Will that ...Hurt it to where it will Break down in 3 years?

I'll tell you a little bit more about my M/B and Case.....

P4 2.53 Ghz Oc's to 2.75
40GB Maxtor HD's x2
256Mb of Ram....Upgrading to1 and 1/4 Gig soon
128mb Graphics card GeForce FX 5200

Case......

ASPIRE X-Navigator Silver ATX -Steel

W/Side Window
450W Power Supply
1 Front LED fan, 1 side LED fan, 1 rear LED fan, 1 top LED fan

I Left my FSB the same...How would I change that...? and Could I...Will it hurt...and could I do something to speed up my ram?

Thats sucha small overclock that i dont think it wud matter!!! Have ur temps gone up much??
