Will this Cooler fit my mobo?

Lets assume I will use up all my Ram slots with 16gb. Also does this cooler come with pre-applied thermal paste?

I never overclocked before so I want to double check if this cooler will work. All i want is a small overclock on my i5-2500k to maybe 4ghz

i have that cooler works good too!! That is before i upgrade to the cooler master H70 liquid cooler which is better but cost $50 more.
