why won't the load up process continue?

when the comuter begins to boot up it gets to the checking nvram screen but then as it continues on to:wait... then displays my hard drive specifications it just stops loading. it doesnt freeze though as i can simply press alt+ctrl+delete to rstart the computer. please help me find out what is wrong. i began building the computer a couple weeks ago and if i can get this problem fixed it will be done. thanks.

Mine does too.It gives you time to read it while it loads your device drivers,and does a memory check.
How long does it take to get to your desktop.
It was hard to decide if you did or didn't.
What is nvram ?
I use it for games i play.

nv ram is a software game file,explianed here.

Don't you mean sdram or something like that ?
Do you get to your desktop ? Is this the one your here with.
