Why is this HTTP trying to access my computer?

Ahh zonealarm keeps popping up saying " this ip address or computer has been blocked from accessing your computer"

this is the ip. i put it in a browser and its a website

How about putting up the name of the site. I have removed the link just incase it's a malicious site. That meaning when you go there it loads Spyware or worse.

Note: I ran the IP address on IPNetInfo. It comes back as Comcast Cable IP Services.
