Where can I get 4 GB (1 stick) DDR 2RAM

Anyone know if I can get 4 GB (1 stick) DDR2 RAM?
I need 2-3 of these

Please let me know.. I have been trying to find it but I couldn't really find it on the net or on any computer stores around...

I am sure there has to be 4 GB RAM (1 stick) around... for DDR2.. but not sure if it's around for general public or not?
