What's wrong with my icons?

guys, does anyone know what's going on here?

If you can't tell, I've got default app icons overlapping my regular icons...????????????

are all ur shortcuts like that? everywhere?? try refreshing ur desktop if no luck then just delete and remake them. and check back

That looks like your default shortcut overlay icon has changed. You can change it using programs such as TweakUI or a trial of Bee Icons.
