whats going on?

i just downloaded a new xp theme, where i have the toolbar is a new color and somewhat active when you scroll your mouse oevr the start button. anyway, everytime i restart my computer my background never shows and i always have to put it back on and it never saves.

i've saved the theme as my favorite with the background and it still doesn't show up on start up. anyone know whats going? its kind of getting annoying to look at a grey screen on start up.

wincustomize.com there usually good, i have the theme for windowsblinds because desktop x was being crappy

im not fond of windowblinds, poorly set up. it uses files that could easily get corrupt for functions that are too important. I would say just go somewhere where you can get stand alone themes after you manually change your uxtheme.dll file

WindowBlinds is a resource hog, IMO. I downloaded vista transformation pack 4.0 and it works great, better than using a Vista windowblinds skin, plus VTP4 is free
