What mobo to get?

and then installing windows from scratch?

if its winxp, u put the cd in, boot up the comp, it will take u to the win xp install screen, gives u 3 ops, one of em i think is repair, i go to that option, then it takes u to dos asking which installation of windows to repair, type in 1 and enter, then type C:\format, and it will format the drive, or there may be a option in the instalation menu that says to format, i cant remember

so then after it removes everything i just reinstall winxp and treat the comp like i just got it? i have to get all the service packs and stuff right?

farthest ive gotten is the blue screen where it takes like 2 mins to load all these things, what do i do from there?

ok nevermind, its formatting WOOT so people say that formatting is bad for your harddrive....is this true?

go with the ASUS AV8 deluxe, its better then the Msi, in the AGP 8X mobos, in the PCI-E go with the MSI
