what to do here?

im not sure how to add pictures here yet, but ill host it. i can turn up the HTT to a max of 711 and anything after that my computer just freezes http://img143.exs.cx/my.php?loc=img143&image=whattodo3sz.jpg
im not sure what the memory controller timing, i can keep it at 711 and it gets to around 42 when i was running pcmark04, on stock cooling. could anyone help me thanks
