I have a K8N + 9200se. I overclocked the 9200se. The card broke. I bought a 9800pro and use it with the K8N. What are the chances that the K8N will damage my new video card?

It wont, as long as you dont overclock it. The motherboard wasnt damaged when you OC the card, the card was. So I dont think you have anything to really worry about..I have the 9200se, its an ok card, plays the games I want..I plan to buy another card soon..

The motherboard will not break your videocard, unless you were doing some real funky stuff to the motherboard.

You borked the card, not the motherboard. Just make sure you have w/e overclocking settings you were using disabled.
