weird noises

ok, when i scroll up and down on the internet i get like beeps out of my speakers like im playing tetris, its rather annoying and didnt used to do this, any ideas?

if your mouse is wireless try moving the reciver away from the sound card more. dont see any other reason though is it out of the system speaker?

does the screen sometimes freeze (well more like update slowly) when this happen?
I had the same kind of problem, I lowered my vid cards oc by about 10mhz (both core and mem) and the problem was solved.
