Web Site Hosting & Domains - I need more help

Thank you for the reply on my previous post but I still need to know more. To start is this a good package for a small website http://www.btbroadbandoffice.com/internetapplications/webpresence.
If i use this package, will my website appear in Google Search Results? Its a website for a business (Plumbing, Electrical etc) and I need the website I create to turn up in google. Thanks
