Water cooling and case suggestion??

Right im on a tight budget here but can any one suggest a good water cooling system and a case im looking for a sea through case with maybe blue light??
And what are the chances of a water cooling system leaking??

i have an Antec P160W case and its great, it has a massive window so u can see everything and blue led lights in the front of it, i also have the bigwater se cooling kit along with a gpu block and it does a very good job of cooling my cpu and gpu, no one can tell u the actual chances of it leaking but all i can say is if u do it right it wont leak at all

The Thermaltake kit is ok but high end air cooling does just as good of a job. If you want a good kit I suggest to configure your own from http://dangerdenstore.com
