Alright I heard that with Vista OEM that it attaches to your hardware and if you change anything drastic then it will no longer work. So I wanted to buy a new mobo, sound card, hard drive(secondary), Case, Power Supply, and probably a video card somewhere down the line. Would this also require me to buy a new copy of Vista 32Bit OEM?

I've changed my motherboard, CPU and GPU out a couple of times and I've never had a problem.

If you do drastically change the hardware, all you need to do is to make a quick call to M$ and they will give you a new key. You don't need to buy a new copy if you're only installing it on one machine.
