Video Card Replacement for HP Media Center m7367c

I was trying to fix my grandpa's computer when I found out the screen wouldn't turn on. I took the video card out and saw that the cooling fan on the card was stuck and couldn't spin so the it must be fried. Does anyone know a good replacement for an ATI Mobility Radeon X1300 Pro PCI 2.0 graphics card? I don't want to spend anymore than $100.

1.5 GB RAM

Gt 520 EVGA should be a good replacement, I don't have a link, but it's on amazon for 60. Have amazon app so no link. Sorry.
