im looking to get a radeon 9600 xt. im sure my comp can support it. my question is that i only have a 200 watt power supply and am wondering if it will keep up with the card? If not any suggestions on what brands to get, and if i have to look for a certain size for my case? Thanks.

200 watts isn't crap any more.
But it depends mostly on your cpu and the number of drives.
If your over 800mhz-Go to at least a 300 watter.

200 watts?

wow! you need to get a bigger power supply.
I'm ording a Thermaltake 480w from http://www.newegg.com/

Trust me! I have destroyed an awesome system once by using a cheap power supply. You might want at least a 400w or 420w power supply. Min eis going to cost me about $50.

i would go for 350 min. and recommend 500w.
as for your grahpics card... if your mobo has AGP (which is should have) itll do

My favorite brand of power supply is ULTRA and TurboCool Ex.
For a high end system look for 550-600 watt power supply.
I just bought a 600 watt Ultra Premium power supply with a true wattage tester to go along with my new BFG Tech GeForce 6800 GT OC.

By the way, with the same exact setup(two machines) with a 6800 GT and an Ultra, the benchmarks were only 300 points less on the GT compared to the Ultra. Not a big margin if you ask me.Well worth the money, and a lifetime waranty!
Props to Nvidia...

holy $h!t!!! they actually make 600w psu's??? lol i only thought that they made up to 560 or 580w.....:D
