video card mhz low?

its at 594mhz/398mhz while others are 594mhz/688mhz, why is mine so low? do i need to overclock it?

dang so the other cards are getting twice also? this was all compared on a test thing for pc's like mine

No, not necessarily. When the timings are listed on the spec pages, they are listed at their effective speeds. When looking at you card specs through a program such as Everest, it will display the actual reported speeds. Being that the memory is DDR, you would double the displayed speed to get you actual effective memory speeds.
