Vcore voltage question?

ok so i was looking at at my temperatures and voltages today and noticed that my vcore voltage seems to be going up and down very frequently all of my other voltages are just right my 3.3V stays between 3.29-3.31 5V is always steady 5V 12V atm is steady at 11.93V but my vcore goes between 1.08V all the way to 1.48V as i am writing this it keeps going between 1.08 and 1.22. I have a AMD athlon II regor 240 i just got a new power supply about 2 weeks ago never really paid attention to it just want to know if this is normal. Also my computer is running just as normal havent had any problems

It's called Vdroop. google it, it's quite common.

ok thanks i wasnt sure i really dont pay attention to my voltages that much i had just noticed it just wanted to know if this was normal

Yep, it's quite normal, although it's not really a good thing. There isn't too terribly much you can do about it though.
