yes, but you need to pay for calling land lines on skype. but i just wanna use my current phone line!!!

you simply use a credit card or PayPal to rechard...just like a PrePaid Mobile then you type in the number into Skype Out and then it calls them...i use it al the time to call relatives that live in another country ands its like 2 cents a minute

hm i think they just have braodband...think about it how laggy the 56k would be there is no way they would have it....they would have broadband....plus when u got dial up i though the only way for some1 to ring u was if u had a second phone line...
