trojan virus

hello, recently i ran a virus scan and my computer found 2 trojan viruses, my anti virus (avg) told me that i had to emilinate the infected files, so i did it, but avg told i could not delete those files for some reason. how can I get rid of this viruses? these sre the viruses:

C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\CONTENT.IE5\S9U3SXQV\WSEM30~1.DLL Trojan horse Downloader.Dyfica.2.AP

The problem is that the viruses are running and you cant delete a running program. first see if you can see the viruses in task manager and termenate them, if that is possible then just delete them, otherwise start up in safe mode and delete them. worst comes to worst, do a system restore.
