Three Way Video conferencing?

i have skype but i cant do three way video calling... only 2 way - anything anyone could recommend?

I go by skype only for chating with friends and Rhubcom turbomeeting for communication, conferences and webinars with colleagues and clients. Never be in 3 way conferencing on skype..
