Some years ago I was having a problem with System Restore whereby it wasn't working (couldn't get back to my restore points - the program was Windows 7).
I suspect the reason for the problem is that my hard drive was filled up. Aside from that possible reason, are there other possibilities and how would you test to find out? (if the problem is due to the hard drive being filled up, what would you do besides replacing the hard drive, dropping files or adding more storage?)
