Striping 2 80GB HDDs and transferring EVERYTHING from 160GB HDD to them... Help?

Okay, I'm going to be buying 2 x SATA1 80GB HDDs so I can stripe them... I have a SATA1 160GB HDD with my OS and all my data on it. Is there a way to install the other 2 HDDs, get them striped together, then put EVERYTHING (OS/apps/data/etc) from the 160 onto the 2 80GBs?

I dont wanna go through the process of installing XP back on the HDD as well as all my apps. My machine is setup how I want it.

ok when u say stripe them u mean put the in raid right? well ive seen benchmarks for that and raid really doesnt make that bigger difference and no u wont be able to transfer everything u'll have to reinstall

I would reccomend you back up all your data on cd's or dvd's (if you have a dvd burner) then reinstall windows on the new drives, then just load all your data back onto the drives. that way you'll have a permanent backup of your info too.
