Strange sounds coming from Graphics card

Hi all I own a Gainward 6800GT (AGP) and yesterday it started making funny 'tick tick tick sounds' somehitng u would hear from a geiger counter when theres radiation (well according to what i heard in games and movies anyway lol) and i was wondering if anyone knows whats wrong with it?

My first step to check is if your GPU fan is the part that is ticking? If it is, I would advice getting a new fan or replacing the video card altogether.

Its the bearing (sp) on your fan or your fan is grinding against something to cause your the tick tick sound. Either take the fan out and clean it and put it back in or purchase a new fan or return the video card for a new one.
